Old growth Red and Yellow Cedar produce amazing candalebra tops. These branches make great natural knee braces in highlighting timber framing or log construction. This photo shows an exceptionally wild branch. Here is where you can use your imagination!
	Burls are sought after by wood turners and veneer manufacturers. The common species here on the coast are Western Red Cedar, Yellow Cedar, Maple and Fir. We have found ‘birds eye’ in all of these species except Fir.
